GN Customer Data Platform (CDP) team is looking for a curious and dedicated Customer Segmentation Administrator to join on a full-time basis.

You will join the team who focusses on the journey towards data-driven working methods.

The CDP team is an experimentation-focused team, where your tasks will be varied, and where you will work in can exciting learning environment, bringing new opportunities from the drawing board into workable solutions. 

Welcome to Global Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, Innovative colleagues await you in our Customer Data Platform department, as part of our Group IT.

Collaboration and teamwork are key when we make the global GN enterprise sound just right. We manage this by architecting, developing, configurating, maintaining and supporting many platforms.
What will be your responsibility?
You will work in the CDP team, which is part of Group IT, where you have a broad mandate while you get the support you need to feel comfortable in the work and the organization. Most of our everyday work is done in cross-functional, mostly self-governing product teams with our customers (the readers) in focus.

As our new Customer Segmentation Administrator, you will be a central part of our work to enable the data-driven way of working. You will work with large contact areas across the organization.
Some examples of what you will do:

  • Responsible for ongoing development of our Customer Data Platform “CDP” (Tealium)
  • Implement new platform and data configurations based on stakeholder input
  • Specify data requirements, build segments and triggers in collaboration with the rest of the team
  • Manage CDP integrations with multiple endpoints (e.g., Marketing Automation platform, AD-tech platform, etc.)
  • Analyze customer behavior and propose actionable insights to the business
  • Collaborate with various representatives from the business and within the agile teams to create use cases
  • Be part of a more insights-driven way of working (set frameworks, give training courses, support with questions, etc.)

Among other things, you will work with the following technologies:

  • Tealium
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Pardot
  • Salesforce
  • Rest APIs
  • Google Analytics

We believe that you are a person with an interest in marketing technologies. You are tech-savvy and have good analytical skills. You are curious and passionate about data and data-driven change.

Furthermore, we believe you are flexible and eagerly take on various tasks and you might have previously worked as, for example, a Systems Specialist, Digital Analyst, or Data Analyst.

Some features we think you have:

  • Experience in working with Customer Data Platforms (Tealium)
  • Experience in Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
  • Strong interest in the relation between business and data to create business value
  • Passionate about constantly learning new things, trying new ways, and getting to know new technologies
  • Comfortable to work in agile teams
  • Experience in SQL, JavaScript, or Python

Fluent written and spoken English skills
