The role
Atlas Copco Industrial Technique is looking for an Administrator - CRM. Our business is engaging in a transformation project for CRM for the next 3 years and to start the transition we need to learn best practices on CRM processes and define processes that match those and our business area business needs. This first phase will be around the design of the new solution and the know-how on our business processes used across all sales organizations is key to success.
This role will support our Product Owner and will be responsible for administering and managing our new Salesforce instances. Once the main project of transformation is delivered (18 months) this team will continue but move on to continuously operations to ensure the platform runs smoothly.
Your mission is to:
o Serve as the primary administrator for our Salesforce CRM platform.
o Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
o Investigate and resolve production problems and coordinate/follow up with Salesforce Support.
o Assist on documentation, cookbooks, and training material creation for our CRM community.
o Provide ongoing Salesforce platform support and collaborate on enhancements to the platform.
o Complete regular internal system audits and upgrades.
o Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a constantly changing work environment.
o Collaborate with Divisions and help with end-to-end testing of platform in SIT/UAT prior to release.
o Effectively use ticketing tool to log and track projects and Salesforce support issues.
What we expect of you
o 3+ years Salesforce administration experience.
o Fluent in Salesforce declarative workflow automation tools (workflow rules, process builder, flow). Basic understanding of APEX programming language preferred.
o Ability to map, interpret & optimize individual steps in the lead to cash process.
o Coachable, fast learner who can pick up new skills and processes quickly.
o Detail oriented, taking into consideration each moving part of the system before taking action or recommending a solution.
o User-centric, empathetic approach to introducing systems change.
o Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, STEM or a related field.
o Certified Salesforce Administrator is preferred, additional Salesforce certification is a plus.

Location
The location for this position could be in either Stockholm, Prague or Nantes. Other options can be evaluated.
