Senior Integration Engineer (SAP HR / ABAP)

As our Requirement Engineer for HR Solutions, you will play a critical role in our global HR applications landscape, which serves 25,000 users across multiple locations. You will be responsible for setting up the many integrations between our SAP HR back-end and the various internal and external solutions, as well as the plug-ins and configurations needed to keep our integrations working properly and safe.

Your key activities as Requirement Engineer will be:
In this role you will be responsible for managing HR integrations from an IT perspective, supporting our HR architect in maintaining interface descriptions, and participating in our HR transformation program aimed at achieving a global system landscape with harmonized HR and delivery processes.
Manage HR integrations from an IT perspective and ensure they are running smoothly
Assist with the implementation of new solutions with a focus on integrations
Provide input in defining the long-term capacity requirements for the delivery area (resources, application functionality, and infrastructure)
Participate in group harmonization and knowledge sharing initiatives related to application integration
Your Profile as Requirement Engineer:
Are you experienced in SAP HR, ABAP and ALE? And do you enjoy being the linking pin between business and developers? Then this is your job! Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
General system and ITIL knowledge.
General IT security and GDPR knowledge.
Knowledge of HR processes is an advantage.
Experience in project management is an advantage.
Bachelor or University degree
