Could you be the full-time Software Engineer in Stockholm we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your software development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and curious teammates.
You'll participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle and be working together in a team in a global and agile environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (primarily with the Product Manager, the Program Manager and other developers), offering input and support for different solutions and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining applications/Tools that are used to test Alstom’s signalling products that are sold to end customers and much more., but also contribute to continuous improvement.
We’ll look to you for:

Software Development including analysis, design, and programming
-
Analysis and estimates of new features
-
Support and maintenance of existing features
-
General technical support and documentation.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or any other relevant specialization

Expertise in Software Development and global projects

Strong skills within C, C++ and Python

Strong skills in Linux OS
-
Familiarity with Git version control software, Gerrit code collaboration tool, Jenkins CI software and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS/Javascript).
