Purpose of your job You will lead a team in a set of programs or projects, with focus on delivering Signalling solutions for our global Industrial products as well as for our customer adaptations, ensuring quality and performance. You will staff the team and follow-up program/project strategy definition and task execution, delivering as per QCD (quality, cost and delivery) commitments. You will lead continuous team improvement, plan trainings, coach team members, nurture skill growth and capitalization.

 You will work closely together with Project Managers, Program Managers, Line Managers and specialists within System Engineering, SW design, Safety and Quality.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead system engineering team, development team and individuals

• Resource management, planning activities, status follow up

• Continuous development and improvement of project activities, ways of working

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master´s degree in Engineering

• Hands-on experience leading individuals and teams

• Good at building relations and finding common views during challenging situations

• Experience with safety critical related systems are beneficial

• Professional knowledge of C, C++ and agile software development is preferred

• Excellent communication skills in English and preferable in Swedish

• Ability to identify and mitigate risks
