IT Contract Student Assistant

We are looking for an IT Contract Student Assistant that will ensure the right governance and transparency into our IT contracts and be a key part of driving optimizations initiatives.
We offer an opportunity to be part of a team that works across the entire GNIT. You will be part of the Process & Agile Center of Excellence, where one area is to continually govern and optimize our IT Contract and License base. One of the initial and primarily tasks is to ensure the right governance of our IT contracts including ensuring the right data foundation, ensuring following up on contract owners and ensuring we have the right transparency into our IT contracts. Another major task is to act as scrum master to ensure improvement activities are prioritized and implemented according to plan.
You will work in average 15 hours a week. The job is highly flexible, and we will agree on the working hours together, so they fit with your studies.

The main objective of this position is to support our IT Contract and License managers in GNIT where the tasks and responsibilities will change along the way depending on your motivation and ambitions. The initial tasks for the position will include tasks such as:
Conduct analysis of our contracts to ensure right categorization and optimization opportunities
Facilitate governance of our contracts by coordinating with contract owners and ensuring initiation of renegotiations, renewal etc.
Facilitate risk assessments of our IT vendors
Responsible for creating, uploading and maintaining our IT contracts to ServiceNow
Create reports and dashboards for ensuring insights into our contracts
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a profile, which has the following skill sets:
You have min. 2 years of Master studies. Your study area is preferable related to IT, business administration, legal or the like.
Has a desire to develop your skillset and take on responsibility
Sense for details
Self driven and outspoken
Curious and social
Fluent in written and spoken English
Have a positive attitude with a helpful and curious mindset!
Knowledge within IT is not a prerequisite, and the most important thing is that you are structured, ambitious and know how to get things done.
